On January 28th, the members of EAR and their friends once again got together to roll away those winter blues.  This year’s event was once again held at Farview Lanes where the facility was only open to us. Despite the miserable storm outside, those attending enjoyed three hours of unlimited bowling, some friendly competition, food and drink, and, of course, some good old-fashioned FUN.

Well there was no denying it... O’Connell Electric brought their game to this event!  Congratulations to the O’Connell Group of Gary Means, Josh Means, Tom Zelke and Phil Yandow who each received a trophy for Highest Team Score of 820; Josh Means, O’Connell Electric, achieved the Top Men’s score of 259 and Jacqueline Elia, O’Connell Electric took Top Women’s score with a 199, each receiving a trophy.  The Hewitt-Young Group of Lisa Trapani, Ken Grainger, Cody Hewitt and Tim Spall each received a playful, backwards bowling trophy for overall lowest team score as they were wished better luck next year.  The biggest winner of the evening, however, was the Scholarship program that took in $300 to the fund from the 50/50 raffle with Sue Ames and Phil Yandow, both of O’Connell Electric, splitting the other half.

Special thanks to our sponsors: Billitier Electric, City Electric, Electrolines, Energetix, Ferrini Konarski, GEXPRO, Graybar, Great Lakes Controls, Hewitt Young Electric, Horizon Solutions, LightSpec, Maynard's Electric, O'Connell Electric, Osterman Associates, Private Network Technologies, Quality Lighting, Radec, Sumner Leigh Systems, TLC/Integra Sales and Wesco Distribution.

Finally, thanks to Joe Lengen, Horizon Solutions and his committee for planning the enjoyable event.
